If you are interested in applying for a TLC license, first read the CB12M TLC Licensing Manual, then follow the steps below.
How to apply
- Mail a letter requesting a letter of No Objection for your base license application to Community Board 12M
- Email copy of your letter to Community Board 12M requesting a Letter of No Objection and cc’ TLC at [email protected] on those emails.
Please notify Community Board 12M at least 60 days prior to the expiration of your license to allow sufficient time for a response.
