The Business Development Committee aims to connect over 2,000 small businesses in Washington Heights and Inwood with policymakers and resources to and support their navigation of complex city regulations and policies. The monthly meetings regularly host presentations from city agencies like NYC Small Business Services and the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, and small business associations to highlight financial resources, training programs, and emerging local businesses.
Whether you’re a new entrepreneur or a seasoned business owner, the Business Development Committee works to advocate for the local Uptown economy.
