The 2020 Census reports the district’s official population as 180,206 (although the true population is most likely higher when the undocumented who may not have responded to Census-related surveys), with 65.1% of Hispanic origin, 21.2% White non-Hispanic, 7.3% Black non-Hispanic, 3.2% Asian non-Hispanic, 0.9% some other race non-Hispanic, and 2.3% Non-Hispanic of two or more races.
CB12M district has 31,907 people between the ages of 0 and 19. The 20–54-year age group comprises 47.2% of the district (85,076 people), and the 55 and older age group accounts for 35.1% (63,223 residents).
