Seating is limited in the Conference Room.  Registration is required to ensure there is adequate space.

1. *6 Greene St. (SoHo Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to construct a rooftop addition, stair and elevator bulkheads, and install rooftop mechanical equipment.
2.  *43 Bleecker St. (NoHo East Historic District) – Application is to construct an occupied rooftop addition as a modification to a previously approved application
3. *75 Charles St. – (Greenwich Village Historic District) Application is to alter the front facade, reconstruct the rear facade with a one-story rear extension, construct a rooftop addition, excavate the rear yard at the cellar, and alter the front areaway with minor excavation work.
4. *109 Spring St. (SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District) Application is to renew an expiring Master Plan for painted wall signage.
5. *21-23 Bleecker St. (NoHo East Historic District) – Application is to install aluminum clad wooden windows on the front facade at the 2nd and 3rd floors.
6. *101 Prince St. (SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to replace 6 out of 24 street-facing double-hung windows with new casement windows to improve emergency access to fire escapes.
7. *139 Spring St. (SoHo Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to install a continuous interior backlit ceiling fascia set 7” back from the street windows and a “floating” vitrine at a single window.
8. *14 Bank St. – (Greenwich Village Historic District) Application is to install a rooftop deck and railing, and a stair bulkhead on a 5-story townhouse.
