COVID-19: A Hudson Park Library Community Conversation

On Thursday, March 25, 2021, the Hudson Park Library will have a community conversation on COVID-19 via Zoom. It will start from 12pm – 1:30pm. For more information, please click here.

Here is how you can join the conversation:

  • Step one: You’ll join a small group recorded conversation, facilitated by NYPL staff. You’ll share real concerns, stories, and ideas connected to your experience living in NYC.
  • Step two: Our recorded conversation will then be transcribed, keyworded, and posted on a website to be shared with media outlets, local decision-makers, and other neighborhood stakeholders with the goal of offering a new window into issues that are important to our community.
  • This event will take place online via Zoom.

Housing Information Guide

Local Law 45 of 2014 of the New York City Administrative Code, Section 26-1103, requires posting a notice regarding the availability of a housing information guide for tenants and owners. The notice must be in a conspicuous place within view of the area to which mail is delivered in a multiple dwelling. A sample of the notice can also be obtained upon request through 311 or at any of our local Code Enforcement offices. Inspectors will be verifying that the signage is appropriately posted on all inspections. Failure to post the notice will result in a class A violation, and a civil penalty of $250 may be imposed.

The housing information guide, called the ABCs of Housing, can be found on the Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s (HPD) website. Read the ABCs of Housing on HPD’s website, download the guide in the languages listed below, or call 311.

NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) has created a new program on their website that allows the public to enter an intersection or cross streets to find out its current parking regulations. View the parking regulations of your interest.
