- *51 Mercer St. (Soho Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to replace ground floor storefront. (PREVIOUSLY HEARD)
- *426 W. Broadway (SoHo Cast Iron District) – Application is to replace the finish on the existing step up into a storefront.
- *20 E. 9th St. (Greenwich Village Historic District) –Application is to legalize the construction of a replacement solarium for a deteriorated existing structure, installed without LPC permits.
- *256 W. 4th St. (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application is to construct a rooftop deck and bulkhead, install planter boxes, and relocate existing HVAC equipment.
- *33 Perry St. (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application is to construct a new front areaway with wrought iron fence, blue-stone sidewalk pavers, at grade open grating, and modified windows at rear and lot line elevations.
- *422 W. Broadway (SoHo Cast Iron District) – Application is to restore the front facade, construct a rooftop addition, new with masonry walls, stair bulkheads, install rooftop mechanical equipment.
