- *363 Bleecker St. (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application is to extend the exiting roof stair bulkhead to construct a penthouse, add roof safety railings around the roof, extend the ground floor at rear yard, and replace front façade windows. (PREVIOUSLY HEARD)
- *63-65 Charles St. (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application is to combine two row-houses into a single-family residence, restore the front facades, modifications to the areaways and railings, a rooftop addition, new mechanical equipment and railings, a two-story rear-yard extension, and excavation.
