1. 1 Clarkson St. 3 Clarkson St. (Tony Dapolito Recreation Center) – Application is to replace the front stairs and ramp.

2. *134 Spring St. – Application is to establish a master plan for a painted wall sign.

3. *657 Greenwich St. (St. Luke’s School) – Application is to modify the previously approved playcage and guardrails; and install playcage seating and wall safety pads; Adjacent Convent: reconfigure previously approved switchback exterior stair; and extending a mechanical flue.  

4. *275 Mulberry St. (Puck Building) – Application is to install a flagpole and banner, interior display windows, and new signage on Lafayette Street; install awning, replace bracket sign, and new signage on Mulberry St.; and replace doors and interior vitrine/shelf displays on Jersey St.

5. *118 Greenwich Ave.– Application is to paint the existing brick areas of the 1stfloor façade along W. 13th St.,  install exterior sconces at the West. 13th St. and Greenwich Ave. façades, and install three soft-canvas retractable awnings over the building façade along W. 13th St.

6. *69 Gansevoort St. – Application is to construct a multi-story rooftop addition in front of and on top of an existing one-story rooftop structure. (laid over)

7. *15 Greenwich Ave.– Application is to demolish existing 1-story commercial building and construct a new 5-story mixed-use building with cellar and attic.
