- *299 W. 12th St.– Application is to modify a window on the upper level and add an additional window on the lower level, both on the south facade
- *477 W. Broadway – Application is to construct an open structure over the existing patio for year-round dining.
- *230 W. 11th St. – Application is to construct a new roof and bulkheads (stair) install HVAC, construct a new sub-cellar, cellar extension, install new rear façade wall and windows, and rebuild existing 2-story rear addition.
*767 Washington St.– Application is to alter Washington St. storefront door to window, restore door opening at 12th St. side facade, alter rear facade 2nd floor window openings and install full height duct, rebuild 12th Street rear addition, front facade and alter window openings, install 1-story enclosed metal pergola at rear addition roof, add HVAC equipment and screening wall.(Withdrawn)*3 Great Jones St. – Application is to install brickwork up window facing onto Shinbone Alley on the secondary façade.(Will be reviewed at staff level).
