Seating is limited in the Conference Room.  Registration is required to ensure there is adequate space.

1. *31 Greene St. (SoHo Cast Iron District) – Application is to install an ADA chair lift and modify the sidewalk stairs. (To be reviewed at LPC staff level.)
2. *770 Broadway (NoHo Historic District) – Application is to install illuminated signage on exterior wall for ‘Bank of America’ at the corner of Broadway and W 8th St.
3. *134 Charles St. (Greenwich Village Historic District Extension) – Application is to replace doors and windows throughout the entire building on each of the 4 sides.  For additional information about this application, please click here.
4. *23 W. 12th St. (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application is to replace the windows at the front façade. (To be reviewed at LPC staff level.)
5. *491 Broadway SoHo Cast Iron District – Application is to legalize the installation of windows without permits, and in non-compliance with a permit.
6. *26 Bleecker St. (Noho East Historic District – Application is to restore the facade, restore cornice on primary facades, replace windows, install new storefront infill to match the historic configuration, construct a rooftop addition, add a non-visible light court to convert the building from commercial to residential.
