1. *145 Grand St. (Soho-Cast Iron Historic District Extension) – Application is to remove the front exterior fire escape.
2. *151 Grand St. (Soho-Cast Iron Historic District Extension) – Review modifications to the prior presentation for the rooftop addition.
3. *277 Canal St. (SoHo Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to create an accessible entrance to the NQRW Canal Street subway station and to vertically enlarge the existing three-story commercial building.
