Agenda:
- *633 Broadway aka 200 Mercer St, Unit 1H (NoHo Historic District) – Application is to change the front door to match the two neighboring units.
- *287 Bleecker St. – Application is to install a new awning, signage, and reconfigure a window and door at the storefront.
- *134 Sullivan St. (Sullivan -Thompson Historic District) – Application is to construct a 4th story addition to the existing building. (May be Withdrawn)
- *529 Broadway (SoHo Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to replace one bay of ground floor storefront on the Spring St. side of the building: reconfigure the existing freight entrance and glass storefront into a revised freight entrance and entry for office tenants on the upper floors of the building.
- *44 MacDougal St. (Sullivan -Thompson Historic District) – Application is to restore the front facade to its original condition, install new windows and entery doors, demolish portions of the existing 2nd floor rear structure, construct a rear addition at the 3rd floor, construct a new 4th floor addition, and partially excavate at the cellar for a new elevator pit.
- *80 Horatio St – (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application is to restore the front facade, remove the existing storefront, replace the existing floor joists, roof, and rebuild the rear facade, construct a rooftop addition, excavate the cellar and rear yard, to the rear lot line.
