3. *Discussion of a request form Target to extend the hours for its designated loading zone on the west side of Crosby Street (between Houston and Prince streets), from 8 a.m, to 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday. For Target’s letter to CB2 requesting this change, please click here. This block is zoned for light manufacturing and high density residential use, M15/R9X on the west side of Crosby and M15/R7X on the east side of Crosby. For the area zoning map, please click here.
