1. *51 Mercer St. (SoHo Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to replace the door on the ground floor and garage door.
2. *427-429 Broadway a/k/a 43- 45 Howard St. (SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District) – Application is to construct a new enclosed egress stair at the rear yard.
3. *363 Bleecker St.(Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application is to extend the exiting roof stair bulkhead and add roof safety railings all around the roof.
4. *287 Bleecker St. (Greenwich Village Historic District Extension II) – Application is to install a new awning, signage, and reconfigure a window and door at the storefront. (Will be reviewed at staff level)
5. *422 W. Broadway (SoHo Cast Iron District) – Application is to construct a rooftop addition, new masonry walls, stair bulkheads, install rooftop mechanical equipment, and restore the existing facade. (LAID OVER)

Business Session

1. *244 Waverly Pl.  (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Application for revocable consent to install a fenced-in areaway.
2. *73 Washington Pl.  (Greenwich Village Historic District) – Consideration of a request to extend a permit issued in 2015 in order to complete renovations that are in progress.
