1. *257 Canal St. – Updated presentation HERE (SoHo Cast Iron District Extension) – Application is to demolish a No-Style building and construct a new 20-story affordable and supportive housing residential building.
2. *233 Mott St. – Application is to construct a new 6 story + PH residential building within a merged zoning lot of an individual landmark (32 Prince St.). (addition to agenda)
