Liquor License Applications

Kindly submit the SLA 30-Day Advance Notice using the link provided below. For renewals, the committee will consider whether the applicant will be required to appear before the committee after the submission of the SLA 30-Day Notice form. Should the committee decide to request a renewal applicant’s presence, we will then require completion of a questionnaire.

All Applicants must submit this form:
Submit CB10 SLA 30-Day Advance Notice Form
Submit CB 10 Petition Form

To verify the proposed location falls within the boundaries of CB 10, the boundaries are as follows:

Bounded by Fifth Avenue to the east, Central Park to the south, Morningside Park, Saint Nicholas and Edgecombe Avenues to the west, and the Harlem River to the north.

Upon receipt of an application by the CB 10 office, the Economic Development Committee has a 30-day window to review the application and determine if further action is necessary. Should the Committee desire to discuss the application with the applicant, the applicant will be invited to attend the subsequent Economic Development Committee meeting and will receive prior notification.

Should the applicant not receive notification from the Economic Development Committee within 30 days of submitting the SLA Advance Notice Form, it signifies that the Committee has opted not to provide commentary on the application and is abstaining from action. Subsequently, the applicant may proceed to submit the application to the SLA following the required 30-day waiting period.

If prompted, completion of the CB 10 Liquor License Questionnaire is mandatory, and the questionnaire must be submitted to the Board Office in its entirety no later than two weeks before the subsequent Economic Development Committee meeting to be considered for that meeting. For details on upcoming Economic Development Committee meetings, please consult the Calendar.

Failure to complete the required documentation will result in an unfavorable recommendation for the application by CB 10.

Should you be required to appear before the Committee, it is imperative to post public notices at the proposed establishment at least two weeks before the scheduled Economic Development Committee meeting.
