2. * Presentation by Zach Owens, Executive Director, West Village Business Improvement District on its West Village Streetscape Master Plan, addressing 7th Avenue South between Greenwich Avenue to the North and Carmine Street to the South. (CB2 will focus on the remaining portions 7th Avenue South / Varick Street at a later date.) This presentation has been POSTPONED to a future meeting.
