1. *70 Perry St. – Application is to install glass lighting fixtures on the entrance doors. (moved to the 17th)
2. *594 Broadway – Application is to install a flagpole and banner.
3. *138 Grand St. – Application is to install an ADA compliant ramp at the entrance.
4. *727 Greenwich St. -Application is to level the floors from front to rear and relocate window openings in the rear of the building to accommodate the new floor levels.
5. *48 Barrow St. – Application is to reconstruct and reconfigure the back facade for larger windows, including a ribbon window on the top floor, excavate the rear yard to add a foundation and to install steel structural support.
6. Discussion of District Needs Statement and Budget Priorities for inclusion in FY 2026 City Budget.
