Governor Cuomo has rescinded the emergency declaration and the NYS Executive Order 202.1 to pause in-person Open Meetings.
As directed by the NYS Committee on Open Government, starting Friday, June 25, all meetings must follow pre-COVID Open Meetings Law, requiring all meetings to be held in person.
