*This meeting will be completely virtual as allowed by the Open Meeting Law and MCB4 Hybrid Meeting Policy via Governor Kathy Hochul declared state of weather emergency for New York County, which Community Board 4 is in, through March 19^th, 2027. The Board 4 hereby declares pursuant to Section 103 of the New York State Public Officer’s Law, that circumstances necessitating the Governor’s declaration of emergency allows MCB4 to conduct its meeting remotely pursuant to the resolution and procedures, it has been adopted under the authority granted by the New York State Public Officer’s Law to govern remote participation in meetings.
