1. * Continued discussion of safety improvements to West 3rd Street and Bleecker Street between Mercer Street and LaGuardia Place.

3. * Discussion about CitiBike service after the January snowstorm and if Lyft should give members a 2-week extension due to the snowed-in bike stations.
