1. *Representatives from Oxford, specifically the new office building at 55O Washington, will present their DOT approved plan for the creation of a new Hudson River Park to West Street crosswalk, roughly 2 blocks south of Houston and about 60 feet north of Charlton St. The new crosswalk, which will require some changes in Hudson River Park, will be accessed via a publicly accessible “Garden” cross street between West St. and Washington St., which will be the south entrance to this new building.

2. *Discussion of Capital & Expense Budget Priorities for Fiscal Year 2023.
