1. * Potential use of Hudson Square open space funds to upgrade JJ Walker park area east of the Ray Pagan field (playground and central walkway and handball / pickleball court)
2. Update on progress Dapolito Center planning and Hudson Houston Plaza development
3. * Update on return of the Grand Canal Court as the project nears completion.
4. * Discussion about potential upgrade of Playground of the Americas (West Houston Street and Avenue of the Americas).
