- *465 6th Ave. – Application is to install exterior lighting fixtures.
- *535 Broadway – Application is to replace existing non-historic storefront, add signage, and uncover existing cast iron piers.
- *74 Macdougal St. – Application is to construct a rooftop addition, add mechanical equipment, guard rails and parapet extensions to the roof, (Staff: construct a rear deck and larger wall opening on the first floor to connect it to the proposed rear deck.)
- *817 Washington St. – Application is to replace the storefront infill at Washington and Gansevoort Sts., enlarge ground floor masonry openings at Gansevoort St., and install new signage above entry doors at existing marquees.
- *3 E. 10th St. – Application is to enlarge previously approved window openings at rear on basement and first floors excavate for a new sub cellar, and rear yard paving.
- *232 W. 11th St. – Application is to place a garbage bin enclosure in front of the church building.
