1. *66 & 68 Horatio St. –Application is to replace windows on front, rear, and side facades, add a stoop, entryway, and ironwork on one building, remove balconies, add rear outdoor stair, construct a bulkhead and skylight and replace and add to HVAC units, and excavate the basement of one building. (withdrawn-will resubmit)
2. *150 Mercer St. – Application is to install black painted aluminum halo-lit letters on brick wall adjacent to storefront.(withdrawn-will resubmit)
3. *3 Great Jones St. – Application is to modify three masonry openings and install new windows. (moved from Landmarks 1)
4. *57 & 59 Christopher St. – Application is to construct a one-story rooftop expansion for both buildings. (moved from Landmarks 1) (LAID OVER)
5. *161 W. 13^th St. – Application is to construct rooftop addition, construct rear yard additions, excavate the cellar and a portion of the rear yard below the extension, change a top floor window to a door, and to alter the areaway.
