Presentation by Department of City Planning (DCP) on the Open Restaurants Zoning Text Amendment.: DCP is partnering with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and other City agencies to review and remove zoning limitations that would hinder permanent outdoor dining in the roadbed; this includes an overall review of sidewalk cafe regulations which have been suspended since the temporary Open Restaurants Program was enacted last June.
