Limited In-Person Public Attendance at the CB2 June Full Board Meeting!

CB2’s June Full Board Meeting will be held in person with a Zoom remote option.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, June 22nd, at 6:30 pm.

While the public will continue to be welcome to join the CB2 June Full Board meeting via Zoom, there will be limited seating available at the in-person venue. Most of the CB2 Members will be required to attend in person.

Because public seating is severely limited at the venue, members of the public who wish to attend in person must sign up and receive a “ticket” to be admitted to the in-person venue. Signing up and the “ticket” are free, and tickets will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that, because of limited space, those without a pre-registered “ticket” will not be admitted to attend in person.

Pre-registration to attend in person will close at 5:00 pm on June 22, 2023.

We accept both written testimony and live testimony at the beginning of our meeting, but please note that public speakers will be limited to 2 minutes or less at the discretion of the Chair. We recommend submitting written testimony, which will be summarized at the meeting, to ensure an opportunity for your voice to be recognized.

• Register to attend virtually via zoom Despite the return to in-person meetings, at least for the June Full Board meeting, CB2 encourages the public to attend virtually via Zoom. If you want to speak, you must separately register.
