Written testimony and/or virtual speaker cards can be submitted by email before 5:00 p.m. November 18, 2021 to [email protected]. [Please note that registering for the Zoom meeting does not register you to speak.] Please submit your name, agenda topic, and address. Public speakers will be limited to 2 minutes or less at the discretion of the Chair. We recommend submitting written testimony, which will be summarized at the meeting, to ensure an opportunity for your voice to be recognized.
