We accept both written testimony and live testimony at the beginning of our meeting, but please note that public speakers will be limited to 2 minutes or less at the discretion of the Chair. We recommend submitting written testimony, which will be summarized at the meeting, to ensure an opportunity for your voice to be recognized.

• Register to attend virtually via zoom We strongly encourage the public to attend virtually. If you want to speak, you must separately register.
• Register to attend in the CB2 conference room if you have limited to no internet access at home. Please plan to wear a mask over your mouth and nose during the entire meeting. The in-person component will be at CB2 Conference Room, 3 Washington Square Village #1A.
