• Resolution to establish a procedure to claim a qualifying disability to enable Board Members to be participate at meetings remotely.

This meeting will take place both in person and via Zoom.  At least a quorum of Committee Members will gather in person, subject to a few exceptions.

The in-person portion of the meeting will take place in the CB2 Conference room at 3 Washington Square Village, Suite 1A, near the corner of Bleecker Street and LaGuardia Place.
