The Arts & Culture Committee supports and promotes creative expression in Central Harlem through community-based arts, culture, and heritage programming. The committee collaborates with local artists, organizations, and institutions to expand access to the arts and uplift the neighborhood’s cultural identity. The Parks & Recreation Committee advocates for the maintenance, accessibility, and development of public parks, recreational spaces, and green infrastructure throughout Central Harlem. The committee addresses concerns related to open space equity, environmental sustainability, and community programming. The Economic Development Technologies and Communications committee meetings take place on the second Thursday of each month at the District Office located at 215 West 125th Street, 4th Floor.  Please note: Seating is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and an identification (ID) is mandatory for entry into the building.
