  2. *426 W. Broadway<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/a>(SoHo Cast Iron District) – Application is to replace the finish on the existing step up into a storefront.<\/li>\n
  3. *20 E. 9th St<\/span>.<\/a> <\/b>(Greenwich Village Historic District) <\/span>–<\/span><\/b>Application is to legalize the construction of a replacement solarium for a deteriorated existing structure, installed without LPC permits.<\/span> <\/i><\/b><\/li>\n
  4. *256 W. 4th St<\/span>.<\/b><\/a> (Greenwich Village Historic District) <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Application is to construct a rooftop deck and bulkhead, install planter boxes, and relocate existing HVAC equipment. <\/span><\/li>\n
