  2. *29 King St.<\/b><\/a> (Charlton King Vandam Historic District) \u2013 Application is to add operable glass doors to an existing rear yard metal and glass canopy.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. *70 Fifth Ave.<\/b><\/a> (Individual Landmark) – Application is to replace the existing terracotta cornice to match the existing detailing with GFRP.<\/span> (addition to agenda)<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. *39 Bethune St.<\/b><\/a> (Greenwich Village Historic District) \u2013 Application is to modify approval to replace existing greenhouse on the south terrace in kind (CNE-24-02458-092623163913 to include installation of a residential elevator in eastern portion of the greenhouse to extend upwards to serve all floors of the townhouse.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. *230 W. 11th St. <\/b><\/a>(Greenwich Village Historic District) \u2013 Application is to construct a rooftop addition; modify the existing rear addition and rear facade window openings; and replace windows at the front facade.<\/span><\/li>\n
