Seating is limited in the Conference Room.\u00a0 Pease register to attend in person to ensure there is adequate space.<\/p>\n

1. *344 Bowery<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0(NoHo Historic District) Application is to install an art mural on the north fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0*81 Spring St<\/span>.<\/a><\/strong>\u2013 (SoHo Historic District) Application is to install a flagpole and banner and to paint the exterior.<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0 *225 W. 4th St<\/span>.<\/a><\/strong> \u2013\u00a0(Greenwich Village Historic District) Application to legalize an illuminated non advertising accessory business wall sign installed without LPC permits. (Privacy Fence to be reviewed at staff level).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> \u00a0 *43 Bleecker St.<\/span><\/a><\/strong> \u2013\u00a0(Noho East Historic District) Application is to install new storefronts and entries, entrance marquees, accessibility ramps, and construct a non-occupiable rooftop addition for elevators, stairs and mechanical equipment.<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0 *40 Fifth Avenue<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0(Greenwich Village Historic District) Application is to raise the parapet at the upper-level penthouse terrace, rebuild the parapet, replace terracotta unit with new cast stone, and reset the existing ornamental corner units.<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0 *94 Bank St.<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 (Greenwich Village Historic District) Application is to replace the front facade windows in-kind, construct rooftop and rear yard additions, and excavate below the proposed rear-yard extension.<\/p>\n

7. \u00a0 *460 W. Broadway<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 (SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District Extension) Application is to enlarge a one-story adjoining structure on the roof deck of existing duplex unit on the 6th floor.<\/p>\n
