  1. *20 7th\u00a0Ave. So.<\/strong><\/a> – Application is to replace two existing plaza-mounted signs at 7th Avenue for Northwell Greenwich Village Hospital.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. *98 Thompson St.<\/a> \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Application is to approve the installation of diamond plate to provide accessible entrance without LPC approval and to make permanent for the tenancy of the current tenant, decorative flower decoration on the facade that currently has a temporary permit.<\/li>\n
  3. *594 Broadway<\/a> –<\/strong> Application is to install a flagpole and banner.<\/li>\n
  4. *92 Prince St.<\/strong>\u00a0–<\/a> Application is to replace fa\u00e7ade cladding, windows and doors, and install signag<\/li>\n
  5. *678B Greenwich St.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0Application is to replace and relocate (4) windows on the rear and add a rooftop bulkhead.<\/li>\n
  6. *11 Bond St.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0Application is to add a\u00a0new outdoor structure on the existing terrace and to install new signage on Bond and Lafayette Sts. at the ground level.<\/li>\n
  7. *432 Lafayette St.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>– Application to install a new exterior platform lift on the sidewalk within the existing facade opening to improve accessibility to the cellar and first levels.<\/li>\n
  8. *300 Lafayette St.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0– Application is to install signage and install (3) digital screens on the interior of the space that will be visible from the exterior.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
