  2. *535 Broadway<\/strong> <\/a>\u2013 Application is to replace existing non-historic storefront, add signage, and uncover existing cast iron piers.<\/li>\n
  3. *74 Macdougal St.<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Application is to construct a rooftop addition, add mechanical equipment, guard rails and parapet extensions to the roof, (Staff:\u00a0 construct a rear deck and larger wall opening on the first floor to connect it to the proposed rear deck.)<\/li>\n
  4. *817 Washington St.<\/strong> <\/a>– Application is to replace the storefront infill at Washington and Gansevoort Sts., enlarge ground floor masonry openings at Gansevoort St., and install new signage above entry doors at existing marquees.<\/li>\n
  5. *3 E. 10th St.<\/strong> <\/a>– Application is to enlarge previously approved window openings at rear on basement and first floors excavate for a new sub cellar, and rear yard paving.<\/li>\n
