  3. *458 Broadway<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Application is to partially replace the sidewalk and perform associated structural work at vault level.<\/li>\n
  4. *70 Prince St.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>– Application is to legalize the installation of signage and painting of the facade without LPC permits.<\/li>\n
