  3. *92 Horatio St.<\/a> \u2013 Application is to apply <\/b>new brownstone stucco facade the entire ground floor, install new wood entry doors in the existing opening and replace existing window security grilles.<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. *338 W. 12<\/b>th<\/b><\/a> St. \u2013 Application is to reduce the existing 4<\/b>th<\/b> floor, construct a new rooftop stair bulkhead and mechanicals, construct a one-story rear yard extension and to alter the rear fa\u00e7ade, excavate and alter within the horse-walk.<\/b><\/li>\n
