  2. *38-42 Commerce St.<\/a><\/span> \u2013 Application is to install <\/b>new entry infill, signage and to repave certain areas<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. *<\/span>829 Greenwich St.<\/span> <\/a>\u2013 Application is to alter the fa\u00e7ade and construct a small rooftop addition and rooftop <\/b>solar panel canopy.<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. *661-665 Broadway & 228-230 Mercer St.<\/a><\/span>– Application is to replace north 665 Broadway storefront and <\/b>add canopy, replace 228-232 Mercer St. storefronts, and add stairs at the 228 and 230-232 Mercer St. entrances.<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. *338 W. 12<\/b>th<\/b><\/a> St. \u2013 Application is to reduce the existing 4<\/b>th<\/b> floor, construct a new rooftop stair bulkhead and <\/b>mechanicals, construct a one-story rear yard extension and to alter the rear fa\u00e7ade, excavate and alter \u00a0<\/b>within the horse-walk.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/del>(Laid Over to the August 17, 2023 CB2 Landmarks Meeting)<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This meeting will take place both in person and via Zoom<\/strong>.\u00a0 At least a quorum of Committee Members will gather in person, subject to a few exceptions.<\/p>\n

    The in-person portion of the meeting will take place in the CB2 Conference room at 3 Washington Square Village, Suite 1A, near the corner of Bleecker Street and LaGuardia Place<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The remote option for the meeting is via the Zoom<\/span> platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n
