400;\">DOT\u2019s March 25, 2026 press release<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">,<\/span> the city highlighted that the<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> upgrades will create a \u201ctwo-way bike connection from the Brooklyn Bridge up to the Flatiron District.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CB2 Materials<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span
