While the complexity of hybrid workforces and permanently remote workforces have led to large companies downsizing their footprint\, some younger firms have actually expanded their physical office space. What does this mean for the local economy? What does the office market forecast for the rest of 2022 look like for our neighborhoods? \nDr. Sam Chandan Professor of Finance and Director\, Center for Real Estate Finance\, NYU Stern School of Business. Dr. Chandon leads the school’s applied real estate and urban research initiatives\, industry and policy engagement\, and undergraduate and MBA real estate programs\, ranked #2 among business schools by U.S. News and World Report. \nKevin Fagan\, Senior Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Economic Analysis\, Moody’s Analytics Fagan is responsible for research\, product development\, and strategic initiatives for the MA CRE group.
